APRIL 19 – UTAH STATE INSTITUTIONAL TRUST LANDS – KYLE PASLEY

Six percent of the land within Utah’s borders is state trust land  which is set aside to provide a continual source of funding for K-12 public education and 11 other trust land beneficiaries. SITLA is tasked with managing Utah’s 3.4 million acres of trust land and working with private business to generate revenue from energy and mineral royalties, real estate and surface development. Kyle Pasley directs the St George SITLA office and he will be discussing SITLA land management efforts across the region.
